About the Founder
Caroline is a recent graduate of Harvard University, where she majored in History and Literature and minored in Health Policy. After college, Caroline joined LinkedIn in San Francisco on the Consumer Product Growth team, which is responsible for expanding the website's membership base and forming strategic partnerships to increase the networking value of the site.
As the only African-American and woman on the team, Caroline has been placed in a unique position to make the site more accessible to people of color and people from multiple socio-economic backgrounds. She recognizes the importance and value of LinkedIn as a source of economic mobility and is working towards leveraging that value for a broader demographic of people. Caroline also serves as the Head of External Partnerships for the Black Inclusion Group at LinkedIn and has spearheaded numerous networking events to promote diversity in the tech industry.
